The 4 LNB inputs are DC isolated from each other, so 13V and 18V can be supplied separately. Each input provides DC out to power the LNB or Multiswitch:
VL = 13V
HL = 18V
VH = 13V +22kHz tone
HH = 18V+kHZ tone
